The PlasmaPower Conditoner Tool is new to BETESO’s product range. It is a plasma ignition source for scanning electron microscopes. It generates the ignition voltage for a FIB module (Focused Ion Beam). In this way, for example, the sample surface is pre-treated with plasma.
