Plasma ignition source for raster electron microscopes

The PlasmaPower Conditoner Tool serves as plasma ignition source for raster electron microscopes. It generates the ignition voltage for a FIB module (Focused Ion Beam), e.g. for pretreatment of the sample surface with plasma.

Technical specifications:

  • Input: 115 or 230 V AC +/- 15 selectable with voltage switch
  • Output: 500 V AC, 20 W, 40 mA
  • LED visual signal
