Das PlasmaPower Conditoner Tool dient als Plasma-Zündquelle für Rasterelektronenmikroskope. Es generiert die Zündspannung für ein FIB-Modul (Focused Ion Beam), z. B. zur Vorbehandlung der Probenoberfläche mit Plasma.
